We are not so different, you and I... when I can truly see you, I see me. You see...we are all connected. Mirrors to one another. Curiosity is our bridge to connection.
So here is the thing... We need boundaries for individuating. We need to find and access and nourish our individual sense of Self. We need to go within.
Because fusion, and enmeshment isn't connection.
But/and: after that important work is done, with the foundation of Self, it's important we return to one another.
Become relational once again, see each other, connect again. Not from a fused or enmeshed place but from a place of sharing, camaraderie, taking risks/healthy vulnerability, and connection.
Love is eternal, and life is fleeting.
What would it be like to be more relational? More available for connection that is curious? More available for more bridges to connection? More able to see that we are all mirrors and reflections of one another.
We are not so different, you and I.
What if we lived in a world with enough separation from enmeshment and fusion/ that we can actually be truly, wholly, safely connected to one another.
