Albert Einstein says that the "future of medicine is Frequency" and I say: the future is NOW. Last night was truly psychedelic without psychedelics as we journeyed for 5 hours using breath, energy work, hypnosis, music, prayer, and community to take us "there". Transcendence that is grounded, well integrated and takes the heart, body, nervous system and relationality along is my deepest desire for everyone in these healing spaces.

Healing isn't only in the heavens, it's right here on earth. Receiving the keys to access it on our own, and in community is a true gift. It integrates it into our own life for more wholesome, natural, congruent living.
