In somatic trauma-healing work, we take the nervous system from disorganization to coherence
Oct 16, 2024In somatic trauma-healing work, we take the nervous system from disorganization to coherence.
Our systems are oriented towards organization if we slow down enough to allow that process to happen.
Adding subconscious reprogramming/quantum healing to that allows the system to truly settle on all levels of consciousness and create an organized cohesive experience for us to live inside of.
We are oriented as human beings towards balance, coherence, vitality, and organization.
Trauma (developmental trauma or other trauma) created disorganization, neurosis, disruptions in the body, nervous system and quantum field.
To de-mystify trauma healing in the simplest way:
Trauma healing is the experience of bringing organization, coherence and vitality to a system that has been disrupted, disorganized, or hurt.
In recent years (and in ancient times), we've learned that getting to the root of the disorganization on a root level, making the subconscious patterns that come from that root conscious, and ultimately healing at the root, is of the most constructive, easeful ways to heal.
Somatic work and subconscious work allow us to slow down enough, get present enough, and honed in enough with what's REALLY going on.
The way we create that organization is really important, as sometimes some ways of doing trauma healing can cause more neurosis, and less coherence and organization- further disorganizing the system.
The intention of organization and coherence to a disrupted system is incredibly important for a practitioner and human to learn in an embodied way in our our own journey and the journey to help clients back to their essence.
