Judgement makes our nervous systems speed up and dis-associate. It makes us leave our bodies and each other.
Becoming more conscious and aware does not need to mean becoming more judging or harsh on ourselves and others.
What if we just reverently noticed the patterns?
What if we were curious about ourselves and each other? How much more open and lovely would life be?
