Under the stories, parts, entanglement, enmeshment with others, the patterns- is an effervescent essence, Self, Source frequency that always was, always is and always will be.
When we un-enmesh and disentangle- we aren't disconnecting from the outside (others, our parts, our inner children, our circumstances etc.) On the contrary- when we unenmesh, unfuse, take space to connect back into our home frequency we are setting the ground for true connection to happen. Fusion does not equal connection. It's only when we are un-blended and disentangled do we actually have enough space to see, hear, know, love and connect with the outsides.
Fusion does not equal connection, true connection happens from one connected being to another.
