After attending thousands of hours of training mentorship and supervision in all kinds of modalities, I’ve learned… 

More important than anything training can teach us is presence. We can not be “trained” in presence, caring, and love. 

We can only do the work on ourselves to move through anything in the way of our true essence which is presence, caring and love.

I’ve met countless practitioners going through trainings, and I’ve seen over and over again: no amount of learning can make us look inside and awaken. Only we  can do that, for ourselves. Practitioners, healers, and therapists reading this, please know: your level of presence IS your competence.

If you are a practitioner that wants to make a deeper impact , going INSIDE, will be more effective than any modality you can learn. And if you are wondering why the learning isn’t sticking, or giving your clients the results you desire for them… it may be time to go INSIDE instead of OUTSIDE of yourself.

When you go IN, any information you take in will start sticking, integrating and growing you instead of feeling like another overwhelming thing to learn and understand. 

Want to be an integrative, productive learner? (And a really successful facilitator? )

Stay with your inner being, heart, body and nervous system a little longer. Start with being present with YOURSELF. You are your greatest teacher. 

Whatever you do, continuously learning from, through, and INSIDE of yourself brings the best ROI (return on investment) possible.. It’s the best business and life plan and it lets all the other learning stick and stay in your heart, body, and soul to create the maximum impact with all your are here to touch.

I've been thinking a lot lately about this topic and hold it close to my heart, especially in having so many therapists, healers and coaches as my clients, and being one myself!

Your presence is your competence

Your own inner work is your best ROI

Your frequency, resonance, and nervous system is your most valuable resource

Everything you learn on the outside can stick, grow you and expand you if it has something to stick to on the INSIDE.

We can not learn presence, love, caring and attunement at a training. This is an inside job, to be pulled, practiced and created in our own hearts, bodies and souls

Train, learn, grow, expand your capacity for new ideas, modalities and information.

But if it comes from the inside out, it is so much more powerful than outside in

And that is the secret to a practitioner who is able to help a client move the needle on their healing in a drastic way.

Insides matter. To touch the insides of others, we must touch, be with, know and love our own.
