We are given as much as we allow ourselves to receive.
We are given as much as we allow ourselves to believe we can receive.
Our perception of what we have, of what is available to us, of what we receive is in direct proportion to what we allow ourselves to believe that we can receive in this world. We are always being given to. Presence and love is the very fabric of the universe.
The only things in the way of receiving what IS, each and every present moment in all of it's wonder, are subconscious patterns, beliefs, and conclusions about ourselves that got formed because of unmet needs in childhood. How does an unmet need form a subconscious conclusion? I'll explain:
When a child doesn't get their needs met they don't start thinking "there must be limits or unmet needs etc. inside of my caregiver", instead they start to believe "there must be something wrong, bad, not mattering, not love-able" about ME." They internalize these unavoidable (but never true) beliefs about themselves as facts.
(And then walk through life leading with these deep seated unconscious beliefs rooted in unmet needs.)When we can start to realize that anything that isn't presence, love, and a state of being, allowing, and IS-ness is believing and leading with an unavoidable (but never true) belief about the Self formed in childhood due to unmet needs we can start to see scarcity, confusion, lack, negativity, and blockages through a different lens; a forgiving, compassionate and clarity filled lens.
We are given as much as we allow ourselves to receive (whether we are conscious of it or not.) Anything else is an (unavoidable but never true) belief we formed about ourselves in childhood due to unmet needs.
The unconscious is so powerful. When we learn to speak the language of the subconscious we can shift patterns and beliefs that dictate everything in our lives.
I have had so many extraordinarily wealthy, lucky, or privileged clients who were miserable inside. They are being given everything from life and not receiving any of it. Something deeper than the surface blocks them from experiencing any good.
I also know some people who are full of joy, receiving each moment with very little "luck, material items" and lots of what seems like pain and challenges.
There are people in the world who have pain and feel it but don't suffer
There are people who don't have any pain but suffer so much. The reason why I love subconscious work so much is because though it doesn't take away the pain, it removes the suffering. That to me is real healing.
A life of presence, being with each moment. That is a life of no suffering
In the present moment, nothing is wrongLife is giving us the present moment in each moment

Once we see what is really true: that our subconscious beliefs were formed from unmet needs or trauma and was never who we really were, then we are free to be our essence and return once again, to the present moment, where all of life lives, and where all is given and received.
