"We are the possibility in the universe."

Our inner work, subconscious reprogramming of the old patterns in our lives, relationships and society, loving ourselves despite outdated conclusions created from trauma, feeling feelings; joy, sadness, creating beauty, making art, being connected...we are the possibility in the universe!

What would the world look like if we all knew this in our bones and tissue and minds and souls?
Our laughter, our grief, our choices, our love, our boundaries, finding safety within ourselves- we are the possibility in the universe. Finding the possibility within ourselves is what changes the world, each one at a time.

I, you, we are the possibility this world needs to become whole again. As we bring the fragments, hurt and pain home within us, as we choose to love all the parts of ourselves, as we choose to forgive and feel, as we choose less suffering, less projecting and blaming, as we choose to have what we have, as we learn to be connected, as we choose to keep looking within, grieving, joyful, alive, free, allowing, solid, secure, radiant we choose to be the possibility in the universe.

And so it is, for me and for you

If we believe it, it's true

And so it is.
