What is your relationship to space?

Is there any desire or curiosity inside of you to re-negotiate or explore more deeply some aspects of your relationship to space?

Here are some journal prompts to explore your personal relationship with space.
(For all my existential friends- this one is for you!)

1) What is your relationship with space?

2) What is your style of attaching to others? Avoidant, anxious, disorganized, secure, another way? How did that get created? How did your parents attach to you? Your early attachments shape your relationship with relational space.

3) What is your relationship to empty space? What is your relationship to closeness?

4) What is your relationship to "the space between the words?" To energy, the resonance field, your intuition, to source, God, the universe?

5) What is your relationship to breath and the space between your breath?

6) What is your relationship to taking up space in the world?

7) What is your relationship with touch, eye contact, physically, emotionally or energetically experiencing others in your space?

8) What is your relationship to vulnerability and people coming into your space?

9) What consciousness do you have around space? Does more than one truth get to exist in the space? How much space do you have for perspective, possibility, and permission?

10) Is there space inside for love? How do you navigate receiving? Is there space inside to receive?
